When I was building my own businesses, I knew what I wanted to say, but turning that into clear, professional content meant learning video, design and editing. That often took time away from actually growing the business.

Before content creation, I worked as a Chemistry teacher, ran an online fitness coaching business, and worked in the holistic wellness space. That mix has given me a strong understanding of communication, branding and what makes people engage.
